Kanmani Anbodu Kaadhalan/Kammani ee Premalekha
A digital art I made based from the legendary movie, Guna. The famous cave scene with the song, Kanmani Anbodu Kaadhalan (In Telugu it's called Kammani ee Prema lekha) is what has given me the idea to make the drawing. This movie, particularly this scene and its song, has given me and many others the emotions to see the human heart. All hats to the wonderful direction of Santana Bharathi, the evergreen music of "Isaignani/Maestro" Ilaiyaraaja, and of course, the creative acting of "Ulaganayagan" Kamal Haasan.
Sunset at the Lake
Recalling my days camping near lakes as a Boy Scout, and my trip to Kanyakumari during the sunrise, inspired me to create this art piece.
This is was made on Sri Krishna Janmasthami, the birthday of our Auspicious, Omnipresent Hindu God Lord Krishna. Behind him is the Shivanamam which belong to the Almighty Auspicious Omnipresent Hindu God Lord Shiva. This portrays the concept that Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu (whose presence is shown in the avatar here, Lord Krishna) are almost one and the same. It's mostly that Vishnu(Krishna) and Shiva always together in some form or fashion in our Hindu epics, like Ramayanam and Mahabharatham.
